[TechAssist] Hitachi 27CX0B intermittent start up

Hello Gang,
    This set sometimes does not start up, any help would be appreciated. Also I 
have not been able to access a schematic at techsupport@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx I get 
their sales info but cannot log on to the sections to download a schematic, 
what am I doing wrong?
