The first thing I do was this, but need in to Vertical Size control in
EEPROM, I recent have a Toshiba TV and was same , in service mode
correct vertical size , after replace smell caps.
And yes this type of TV's like Hitech sound like cheap equipment, but
this is the purchase of people today...
