[TechAssist] Hi I'n new

I need some help on finding a p/n for a Orion Model # TVCR0950BW.The part I 
need Is D401 the one in there has been burned out .so I can't tell the diode 
type.and don't have the tech info to get a p/n so I can cross it.I would 
welcome any help on this
