[TechAssist] Hey guys, please read

Use this list until further notification. There is a problem in the dsl 
link at the server and none of the circuitwork-based lists are online 
right now. I am trying to figure out another alternative also. In the 
meantime, Jay can not even send or receive any email, so if any of you 
need anything, you will have to phone him.
