[TechAssist] Help-mag PN3046 A104 ptv-AH01

HEy guys
This set came in today, 93model ptv-420-Ah01,dead found Q401 shorted in
ps,change it and the current driver, ic401,changed d419 also still no b+,
later on i seen little looks like water spot under one of the crt,never seen
this before ,could it be the coolent,i shined a light down the guns one
looks like spots on it, are there a kit for this if thats it .thanks for any
help....bob
