[TechAssist] Help for this poor Mitsu...

This TV is strange: came in with a flat line, and changed the Vert IC and a
leaky cap in the Vert B+ line... Now I have a Letterbox raster with a solid
bar on the top of this box... Pic is there but in that size ans squashed...
Vert. height is non operational.B+ volts around 25V.and all discrete parts
and traces check out ok.
Any Ideas? Going without any specs...and a rare Mitsu tech...
