I made a mistake writing step 3! Meant to say "Scroll down using
the mouse and click **(while holding the Ctrl key)** only the
messages which have Subject titles that you are interested in"

1. Use the mouse to highlight the first message
2. Click the last message while pressing Shift (all are now
   highlighted)
3. Scroll down using the mouse and click (while holding the Ctrl
   key) only the messages which have Subject titles that you are
   interested in. If you're not sure click it anyway (you can
   delete it later)
