[TechAssist] Govideo GV6010,DUAL DECK LOAD MTRS INOP 2nd TRY

The load motor will not engage on either deck. This leads me to believe that 
there is a common load motor power failure. All else appears normal.
Has anyone dealt with this before? I have no schematic, so I'm in total hunt 'n 
peck mode. 
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
