[TechAssist] Going in circles with manual request

Hello all,
I just did a couple of requests for a sony strk740 manual which is
listed in the
index. I put the "request!SY-STRK740 in the subject line and included my
si file
in the body.
The sever sends back a message reffering me back to the index!
What am I doing wrong?
