[TechAssist] Go video DV2130 removing from the child lock option

Hi All,
This unit works with remote but won't respond on front control buttons.
Sounds like on child lock. I checked the owners manual. there is no info
available for child lock.
there is only parental lock explained but parental lock is totally locks up
both remote and the front controls.
Anyone here know how to get this off the child lock.
