[TechAssist] Go Video DVR4300 No VCR sound, now parentel lock

Hello.  A customer brought in a Go Video DVR4300 made in 2002.  It had no
sound from the VCR or the tuner although the DVD does have sound.  I was
wondering if something in the menu could cause this.  While in the menu I
turned on the child lock and I cannot turn it off.  Now the power does not
turn on.. I do not have the remote. (yet).  I went to www.sensoryscience.com
but they are temporarily down.  Can anyone tell me how to get out of
parental lock or have any ideas about the sound problem?  Thanks, John.
