Global Micro-Parts has them new for $74.00 plus dud +s&h, or you can send
your dud to them for rebuild for $42.00, #RB5315. I have rebuilt them
myself, but can't find my notes on the parts that fail. Pretty sure the
Triac is an NTE56016. I have a WB27X5246, similar, I think. R1, 180
ohm; R2, 510 ohm; R3, 390 ohm. All 1/2 wt, 5%.
