[TechAssist] GE mod 19gt320 ctc185a3

Hi all
this tv came in with bad picture and low sound, i replaced the e-prom and it 
fixed the problem, but the vertical needs adjustment, i went into service menu 
and corrected the vert, but when i turn off service menu it goes back the way 
it was, i have adjusted many ctc chassis and i've never seen this, any help 
please
