[TechAssist] GE ctc-175a chassis

Hi Guys
We have a CTC-175a chassis which comes on ok first but
then the screen goes dark..Screen voltage drops from 335
down to 65 volts..changed the 1000 HV cap on crt board.
No change..Remove crt from socket and voltage goes back to
400 volts plug it back on and it wotks for a short time and then
goes dark again.. Hi voltage is 21 kv and does not change.
Suspect Crt..any suggestions appreciated
