[TechAssist] GE chasis ctc156b in put rf on wrong channels

When I have Fr input of channel 3 it displays on channel 8 and channel 4 is on
channel 12 a little snowy and has some static, IF input is on channel 3.
Video input is on channel 91 and excellent. I don't have a sam on this
chassis. could use some help.
