This VCR stays on all the time. It will not turn off with the remote or the front on/off switch. The VCR light also stays on. I measure 5.2v, about 14v, and23v. I tried another power supply from another machine and and it works ok with the replacement. I find about 6 electrolytics. Is this one of those that you have to replace all the caps? Don,t have a schematic. Any help would be appreciated.
