Cr 4118 should read between 12 to 14 volts in standby with the B+ reading
143 volts. Make sure your B+ is at 143 volts 1st then measure the cr4118
voltage. Any less than 12 volts and you get into intermittant shutdown.
Another possiblity is the HV Splitter block may be causing shutdown because
it is starting to fail.
