[TechAssist] GE K50MVR08 (13TVR01) 13" TVCR squeels,dead,2 fixes


First was dead except an audible squeel from the defl/SMPS panel mounted
up on the side. I found an open electrolytic C810 (470 mfd@16V) located
bet. smps transfmr T801 and reg Q801. Now the TV portion worked,squeel
gone,but the VCR would not accept a tape. Pulled the VCR's SMPS block
(unscrews and unplugs) and ESR's caps. Replaced the 22 MFD Bi-Polor cap
right in front of the SMPS transformer primary. All well.
