Did check and looked ok but  I have it on a table - he uses it hanging on 
the wall so it is possible that the door alignment could be off - except - 
he said he took it home and tried it on  the table without hanging it. 
Maybe something happened in transit.
I usually run these and move the door up and down to assure alignment.
