Hold menu button down till goes off screen then press "9 9 9 ENTER" with
remote.
using remote buttons are: CC = Red, Flashback = Green, Mute = Blue, 1=skew,
2=bow,3=lin/in-lin, 4=key/d-key,5=pin/d-pin, 6=size/l-size, 7=in-pin,
8=s-ing/wm, 9=l-lin/l-edge, 0=mid-size, QUIT=exit
