Took this supposedly "Bad" monitor as salvage,and stupidly did not
air-test it beforehand. I usually start with a close visual check,and
found a cap that looked stressed from top. I pulled it and although it
read the correct 2.2 mfd, the ESR was way up at 75 ohms. I changed this
cap and the unit is working OK.Don't know how or if this cap affected
anything,but C455 is a 2.2 mfd@ 450V, and was not good. Anyone replace
this one?
