Christopher,
go into the service menu and then exit out will clear the customer password
and default back to cable mode.
to enter service mode set to cable mode, select sleep timer for 30 minutes,
using remote enter channel 124, using front panel lower volume to minimum
and red "CHK" in upper left corner should appear.
Now press "action" and "power" on front panel for about 4-6 seconds sety
will appear to go off and come back on channel 3 with display on screen
press any button on tv or remote to make display go off.
This should clear customer password and allow you access to the Lock
features.
