[TechAssist] Re: Fwd: Diagram.

Jose all I could find was one thing on this symptom.
Check, or bring with you Q865, change R884
(47 ohm 1/2 watt) to 100ohm 1w fusible. I doubt
this will help with the vert problem though.

I appreciate your reply about my problem but realy I do not
know if one
section has something to do with the other one. Like sound
section and
vertical section. I'm going to tray to explain what the
problem is.
This unite is a pain in the neck to work on it has main
board, sound board,
power supply board all separate.
The costumer said the problem start with the sound then the
next day when
they tray to power the power light come on and that is.
I'm doing this job in the costumer home they live in a 6
floor and no
elevator.
I found a black small fuse open I replace it and then the
fuse blow again I
change the H.out put and the regulator before that happen
then I found out
the audio IC in the main board (surround sound) was blow so I
change and
install again the Black small fuse 5 amp. also change the
vertical out put
and check the filter around the vertical.
when I plug it on the high voltage come on but the picture
look like one
filter was not good in the vertical section and in a few
minutes the
pictures was shrinking until it close complete. then I turn
it off and turn
back on and the same happen. them I move the vertical higth
and the vertical
line open up or the picture. but them I can not turn the TV
off or change any
control at all. when I put the vertical higth back where it
was The TV
control work perfect. But I still hear the sound not so good
I hear the sound
like when we has all the bass on no high sound.
when I was checking all this I hear a spark sound I turn the
TV off and fun
the IC that I has changed before the sound IC has a hole. I
has spend all day
there and at this time it was about 10.00 of the night I was
tired of be seat
on the floor so I left the unite to come back again with
another IC. and I'll
check all the filter around the sound section.
And that is the story about this TV.
I hope you help me and send me the section that you think can
help me.
Thank you and I'm sorry for the long Story.
                                            Jose.
