I don't know about class action--but you certainly have a suit. You might want
to check the contract you signed with them and see if they can do what they
did. I'd for sure sue for the unpaid balance.
Thank God I didn't go to work for them.
I've quit dishonest employees before--
I suppose most of you here have read what they did to their sales people.
Heeeyy Thinking about it--they were supposed to pay meals and mileage when I
went to their service center---did I get a red cent---hell no. They owe me too.
