yes I have the RCA Svc info.  & I know what you mean.  I can force the S/W 
mode power supply on & most of the voltages are about 70% of what they are 
supposed to be.  When I try to start it up then it does the same thing (3 
pulses & then back to where it was)   the voltage on the vert output ic is 
almost normal, so don`t think it is shorted or a problem.   Thanks to Bob 
Waterman I have troubleshooting info now.   Appreciate the response.   Larry
