[TechAssist] Freeto Air DV3 DSR


    I have this unit in repair for no display.This 
   thing was manufactured in Shenzhen China.Can't
  locate whole seller or service literature.
  I found a model number of WT-1303D.I repaired the
  power supply by the seat of my pants replacing a 
  regulator IC and two diodes.Output voltages seem
  to be there.I have the 3.3V for the display but,no 
  display.There is a display driver IC on that PCB.
  P/N HC164.This is a 14 pin SMD.Need a source for him
  or the unit.Any insight would help.
