I was ready to call the customer on this one and come to find out the volume
control is bad. Dirty
contacts on one channel so the volume is at different ranges for each channel.
I tore the volume control apart and cleaned it which made it better, but still
at different levels at
range 25%.
Does anyone have one of these lying around I could purchase?
Number on the POT(Sticker on back) is M250KN***(CAN'T READ LAST DIGITS)
Under that 373m1
Thank you.

sound

I don't do much in audio, but this is for a member of our borough development
committee and I told him I
would look at it.
This unit is probably 20 or so years old, but he wants it fixed.
Unit came in with actually really low audio on right channel. Turn balance all
the way and have some sound
from the tuner.
I have my 40(+/-) on the amps, but have trouble after that without a schematic.
The rear fuse is fine as well as the speaker connectors. I'm not sure where to
inject my audio signal to
start testing. I tried checking components by comparing the similar ones on the
left channel and got no
where.
Anyone have any ideas, or a print?
Thank you.
