[TechAssist] Fisher TV PC3525, Does not fill screen

Techs,
This set came in with a shorted HOT/Q402. Replaced w/ original 2SD1879
and caps C428/1ufd, 160v and C007/4.7ufd, 160v. Set plays, but does not
quite fill screen on right side. Shows up more when channel is changed.
Replaced regulator STR30130. No change. No print. Need help.
