Hi Jeff,
I have the FM-860 Service manual.
LA1265 = AM/FM IF
LA3400 = FM MPX
TA7364 = FM IF
TC9147 = PLL controller
TD6104 = FM PrescalerTD6301 = Display Driver
LC4913 Auto/Manual, ST mute
Manual says 19VAC, 10 watts
