This page contains some information about the ESD tips program that everyone

but the link to the ESD Tips website still does not work. I would stick with
WinsTips, http://www.servicesoftware.com/ since it is the best in my opinion
and soon will be integrated with a new WinSERV program to replace the
outdated work order, invoice and inventory programs that some of us are
using. (A little plug for WinSERV and WinsTips, maybe I'll get a discount?)

im looking for a tech tip data base to carry with me on a laptop, are the
winstips good? Do they cover camcorders, and vcr's, or just tv's? Or is
there something else that is good?  Thanks for any info
