Thanks Jeff Dougherty and Al Marquardt for the schematic and every one for
there input.
Fix was after replaceing below parts found CR14108 3 volt zener leaky and
R14125
36 ohm open. Marry Christmas to all and to all a good night.

mosfet Q14101 IRF740 was shorted. Dose anyone have the schematic in PDF they
could upload to members site or could fax me a copy of the SMP. Any help would
