[TechAssist] Re: FIXED RCA HD52w56 ATC321 smokin

Thanks for the info from Robert at H&H Electronics. I finally received all 
of the parts for this set and after changing the HV Divider and the 
resistors that were smoking the set came on just fine. This particular HV 
divider didn't have any cracks in it. Physically looked just fine but had to 
be bad without the usual visual signs.
