[TechAssist] [ FIX ] Philips / Mag. TV HD1918 chassis 19S7 - Dead set.

Problem: Dead set. NO standby voltages, or B+ to H.O.T., out of the SMPS.
Fix: Replaced Reg. trans. # 7518 (P6NA60F1), and resisitors 3530 (390 ohms),
and 3542 (6.8 ohms).
Comments: I know this is suppose to be a throw-away set, but,...the customer
was willing to pay $75 to fix it,...and besides that,....that's about all I
have to work on these days, anyway.
