[TechAssist] FIX Mitsubishi Mod CK-3514R No color on main picture.

Mitsubishi Mod CK-3514R TA-C Chassis family No color on main picture.
This set has a 292B095 PIP module. This one has a great picture just no color.
When I put all 4 PIP on and it's scanning the channels there is color but thats
the only time.
FIX replaced X 7100 & X 7101 Crystals on PIP module.
