This set was not starting up and staying on, hooked up chipper check and
pulled codes got code 16 all three lines :bus or clock line being held low.
Forced set on by injecting 12 vdc at U14104 pin 3. found clock line reading
of .073vdc isolated the problem to the F2PIP assy, my FREE sams dose not
show it, what goes bad on these or replace it.
