[TechAssist] Re: F36649 CTC203ca5 need info on comb filter board.

Won't read anything, EVEN itself. Cannot detect it's own EPROM. I found the
5V supply on the secondary of the transformer in the box has 1V so I guess
the oscillator that runs it is bad. Go figure I used it maybe 8 times.
