We charge est fee on everthing up front of $25,( $45 for TV's larger than 
27"). On items that are impossibe to resell and not really worth fixing but 
the customer insisits on fixing it despite a verbal and/or written warning a 
substantial deposit is required too. Sales tax for Tucson AZ is 7.6%, 
fortunately no tax on labor, yet... cash strapped city and state 
............
