[TechAssist] Re: Emerson-{EC194D} Picture flashing(Output Voltages)

If it uses an STR30120,the voltages are probably suppose to be...
Pin 2 is the input(app.120v)
Pin 3 is input from main Filter(app.155v)
Pin 4 is output(app.120V)
