[TechAssist] Emerson TV/DVD/VCR combo EWC19T3..... TIP

Unit would not Power On by Remote or Front Panel Power Switch.
Powers Up fine when Tape is Loaded,goes immediately into Playback,no other 
'Commands' are accepted either with Remote or Front Panel Switches.
Bad Front Panel Switch,in this case the VCR FFWD Switch....... 'leaky'.
Micro was 'seeing' this Function 'asked for',and would accept no other 
Functions........ til this one Cleared.
Verified by removing all the Front panel Switches,Remote worked it fine......
