Adam, also see if you have & check R802 (1ohm 1 watt),
D504, R502 (3.9 ohm 5w), R507, IC101 (TMP47C434N3437),
IC104 (78I05, 5v may be low on it).
You can also try and temporarily ground pin 33 of IC101
(while plugged in) to reset the micro. (BTW, I happen to
show 1/2 w for D124).

Adam D124 is a 12v , 5w zener it has caused this problem
