i have an emerson tc1972 dead set, no relay click. checked
standby voltage, looks ok, if i short relay transistor high
voltage comes
up normally, but processor ic doesnt start do anything, the
'on' pulse from
ic101 never changes states to q104 to turn the thbing on,
power button
changes when pressed, is ic101 bad? i have no documentation
for this tv, or
the chip.
also, i am interested to share schematics, where do you guys
keep them, are
they downloadable, pdf type? my experience lies in industrial
electronics
as well as consumer, i spent 5 years repairing pc cards,
drivers, and plcs,
all with no schematics, except what we created using orcad
and data sheets.
most of my consumer experience is in audio and vcrs, i
recently opend a
shop in my hometown where there is no repair place for 40-50
miles around.
so i am trying to help my community i suppose, so i am pretty
well working
on most anything that has a wire attached to it these days.
if you guys can help me, many thanks! and if i can help i
will try as well.
