THE TV DOES NOT HAVE A PROBLEM THE SET IS IN MODE THAT STORES USE TO PROMOTE
THE SET WHILE IN STORE YOU HAVE TO PRESS THE MENU & ENTER OR VOLUME &MENU
TOGETHER
