[TechAssist] Emerson MS 250RA power supply pulsing

make: Emerson
model: MS 250RA
chassis: N25-02
The power supply is rapidly pulsing and putting out about 35V.
I can jumper the regulator and adjust variac for 125-130V and
have picture and sound. I have checked all resistors and transistors
on the regulator board. I checked or replaced the filter caps and
no change. There is a feedback pulse from the flyback and it looks good
but I don't know what the amplitude should be. It won't work with the
HOT disconnected and a light bulb used for load either.
I don't have a schematic. If anyone can send me a scan of the power
supply and horz output circuit I would appreciate it.
Any suggestions welcome.
TIA
Bill
