[TechAssist] Emerson EWC1303, AFT lock problem

When channel is changed it searches three or four times then locks, 
looks like AFT needs to be adjusted. Is there a service menu setting for 
this? How to access and adjust? If not does anyone have a tip? We have 
replaced the tuner, no change.
