[TechAssist] Re: ES&T substitution

Ron, I read the April issue of the speaker early in the month and found it
informative and interesting. Honestly though, I had forgotten about this
resource. Thanks for the reminder! I made a link to it on my "start" page.
It won't be forgotten again. 8-)
