Look for the Dick Smith ESR meter on EBay, search for ESR. That's how I got
mine, direct from Dick in Australia, fully assembled for the kit price. Took
a couple of weeks but my CAPOHM 1000 with the analog meter from Shells
Electronics, 1-800-459-1118, still works so I had it to use while waiting.

Hi Guys
Have been looking at the prices you are talking about and you seem to
be getting taken to the cleaners. A Dick Smith ESR meter at the last time I
costed it was $69.95 that is Australian where the kit comes from. At the
exchange rate today 56c US = $1 someone is making a buck out of you in a big
way. There is a protection device built into some of your units which adds
cost and is worthless as 2 X 3A diodes across the input works better and you
find those when you sweep the workshop
