[TechAssist] EEPROM programmer

Hi,
I remember reading a post, maybe a year ago about EEPROM programmers. I
didn't buy one then, but I'm ready to spend the bucks now.
Is there a programmer that you like, or would reccomend? I'm planning to use
it on the 8 pin dips from the RCA's and the Magnavoxes.
