Yes, and also there is a 3 Position Switch a lot of Times on Turntables, I
forget how its Designated, but basicly it Determines weather the Arm will
retract if a 78, 45 or 33 type Record is playing. May be that its Set to 78
or 45 and you are playing a 33?

Albert, is that an older turntable.
I don't have anythng on the 1214 but have a SAMS on a 1010.
Remove the turntable and watch as you manually move the arm toward the
center.
See if it trips a lever. It may be on top or bottom.

[TechAssist] Dual Tunrtable model 1214 won't pick up arm at end of
record Reply=A0to: techassist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Don't laugh these are tough times
Do not see an adjustment for this. If you take the arm and take it in
about a 1/4 inch it activates. Never had a problem with Dual turntables.

The young people are digging out their parents turntables to play vinyl.
Any help would be appreciated
