This true if you are using Windows 95, 98, or ME. For Windows NT, 2000,
or XP apparently the resourses are handled differently and don't require
the reboot. Still, I can't see why anyone would want to waste all that
electricity by running their machines for hours on end for no reason.
PS. It's strange but the original post for this thread was written in
October. How'd we get started on this again?
