[TechAssist] Do They interchange?9-4134-19 and -21

A local parts dist. has an Asti replacement flyback # 4901 they say it
replaces both 9-413419 & 21 are these the same flyback?Used on 9-1674-03, is
this a good replacement for the -21.
 Do they have a web site or phone #? (Asti)
